Fogo De Chao is a Brazilian steakhouse located in Beverly Hills. I've had steak before, but nothing like this! You first start yourself off at the salad bar which includes everything you could dream of. You're given cheese balls which are to die for. I repeat, TO DIE FOR! Next time I get a chance to go to this restaurant I'll make sure to sneak some into my bag, shh. You also get mashed potatoes, fried polenta, and caramelized bananas. All of those appetizers are unlimited. What's awesome about their service is they replace those dishes with fresh ones before they've been on your table for too long. With no further adieu, let me talk about the meat! To signal that you're ready to eat, you turn your card to the green side. When the servers see that, they bring the meat to your table. Different meats from chicken to lamb to filet Mignon are all there. The servers walk around with meat on these metal sticks, they ask how you would like the meat cooked, and they cut that piece off for you right on to your plate. Everything is unlimited. And for the price, it better be! Your plate is never empty unless you want it to be. Once you're done with the rounds of meat, you turn your card to the red side.
Food for thought: I think you should expect to pay around $60 or $70. I know it may seem a bit much, but remember, EVERYTHING is unlimited. Make a reservation, but even with one, expect a wait. I suggest valet parking because finding parking isn't a walk in the park. And remember-- no shirts, no shoes, no service. This is a fancy shmancy place!
